Santa Cruz County Water Heater Havoc

When we received the call from a Santa Cruz County Homeowner that their water heater ruptured earlier that day and they needed assistance, we dispatched our technician immediately without delay. Water damages are stressful regardless, but when your damage involves HOT water, the probability of mold growth jumps exponentially. Rapid response is necessary and will directly correlate to salvaging as much as possible. Unfortunately, the Homeowner’s floors were already warped upon our technician’s arrival and needed removal. While onsite, our technicians were also able to identify and assist with damages in the crawlspace originating from a separate unmitigated water loss a month earlier.
